Capturing love and connection between couples and young families is what I love to do most. My style is characterized by light and airy photos in natural colors. Since the start of Milou van Ham Fotografie in 2014, my passion for capturing connections and details has only grown. Since my studies at the Fotovakschool, I have been enjoying this beautiful work full-time.
Together with my partner Diego, I live in a charming little white house in Amsterdam. Spending quality time with him and my family is the most important to me. That’s why I love capturing love within families and between partners, moments to be cherished forever. Genuine connection is what I’m always seeking for, in my daily life and in my photography.
My studio (still located in Brabant) is situated in my grandparents’ former farmhouse. It’s a lovely place to meet, select outfits, and have a beautiful photoshoot. You can also find me often at beautiful locations like old streets, in nature, and at the beach. I love photographing all across the Netherlands and abroad.

I am in love with France, Italy, and especially Portugal, Spain, and Brazil. I speak Brazilian Portuguese and can’t get enough of this beautiful language and its music. In our home it’s is a mix of Dutch and Portuguese, and you’ll also hear the beautiful Brazilian music in my studio.
I love to be on the road as much as possible with the people I love, also for photoshoots and weddings in the Netherlands and abroad.
