Dit Amerikaanse bruidspaar had een geweldige destination wedding in Portugal. Ik startte bij de bruidegom terwijl mijn collega fotografe bij de bruid was. Met familie en vrienden van de bruidegom reden we in een sightseeing bus door straten van Lissabon, onderweg naar een kleurrijke kapel voor de ceremonie.
Hierna begon het feest al in de dubbeldekker bus, toen we verder langs de kust reden naar het indrukwekkende Forte da Cruz in Estoril aan het strand. Zon, zee, liefde en een internationale sfeer, deze dag had alles wat een bruiloft in Portugal zo bijzonder maakt.
Doordat ik als bruidsfotograaf Nederlands, Engels én Portugees spreek, is het contact met koppels die trouwen in Portugal extra persoonlijk. Niet alleen met het bruidspaar zelf, maar ook met hun gasten en andere leveranciers.

This American couple had an amazing destination wedding in Portugal. I started with the getting ready of the groom while my colleague photographed the bride. With the groom’s family and friends, we rode through the charming streets of Lisbon in a sightseeing bus, on our way to a colorful chapel for the ceremony.
The celebration already began on the bus as we continued along the coast to the impressive Forte da Cruz in Estoril by the beach. Sun, sea, love, and an international atmosphere, this day had everything that makes a wedding in Portugal so special.
Because I speak Dutch, English, and Portuguese as a wedding photographer, communication with couples getting married in Portugal is extra personal. Not only with the bride and groom but also with their guests and other vendors.

Este casal americano teve um incrível casamento de destino em Portugal. Comecei com o noivo, enquanto a minha colega fotografava a noiva. Com a família e amigos do noivo, percorremos as charmosas ruas de Lisboa num ônibus turístico de dois andares, a caminho de uma capela colorida para a cerimônia.
A celebração já começou no ônibus, enquanto seguimos pela costa até ao impressionante Forte da Cruz em Estoril, à beira-mar. Sol, mar, amor e uma atmosfera internacional, este dia teve tudo o que torna um casamento em Portugal tão especial.
